Mixo Solitaire — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

Mixo Solitaire is an iOS card-sorting puzzle game. The developer is juncheng guo. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that developer.

Privacy contact: weida9995@gmail.com

Developer location: Mainland China. The app is operated by an individual developer based in Mainland China; its initial distribution market is the United States and Canada.

This policy explains information handled by the app and its advertising and privacy-choice services. You do not need to create an account to play.

2. Game information stored on your device

The game stores your current level, completion status, tutorial completion and hint history, coin balance, and reward-claim flags locally on your device. This lets the game resume your level and balance and avoid awarding the final-level reward twice. We do not operate an account or cloud-save service for this information, and the game code does not send these save records to a developer server.

Restarting a level or confirming a restart from Level 1 does not erase your coins or tutorial completion. Removing the app and its data through iOS can remove local saves. iOS backups or device transfers may preserve or restore app data according to your Apple settings; we do not control those services.

3. Advertising and technical information

The app includes Google AdMob rewarded advertising, using Google Mobile Ads SDK 12.14.0. Watching an available rewarded ad is optional; a reward is granted only when the advertising SDK reports that it was earned. Our V1.0 client configuration disables Google's publisher first-party ID and uses Google's Publisher Privacy Treatment (PPT) setting to request that ad personalization be disabled. PPT is distinct from Google's separate non-personalized ads (NPA) and restricted data processing modes. PPT still permits third-party providers for ad delivery and ad tracking. These settings do not establish that other device or app-scoped identifiers are never processed, that no information is shared, or that all cross-app tracking is prevented.

Google's SDK may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it; device identifiers, including advertising identifiers when available and other app- or developer-scoped identifiers; advertising data such as ads viewed; product interactions such as app launches and video views; and crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostics. These support advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, and reliability. See Google's SDK data disclosure. Available identifiers depend on the operating system, permissions, privacy choices, and SDK configuration. Disabling the publisher first-party ID does not establish that IDFV or every other identifier is absent. The game does not request GPS location permission.

Advertising and privacy-choice services can make network requests when the game starts, before you choose to watch an ad. Google and advertising partners involved in serving an ad may receive device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, and technical information for the purposes described above; the partners involved can vary by request. Depending on the recipient's use, disclosures for advertising may constitute a sale or sharing of personal information or processing for targeted advertising under applicable US state laws. We do not represent that every configured partner receives information on every request, or that we have independently verified every partner's downstream processing.

Our game code does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, or payment card details. This does not mean that the advertising services collect no data. Advertisements and websites opened from them may have their own privacy practices.

4. Consent, privacy choices, and tracking permissions

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK 3.1.0 to request updated privacy information and display applicable privacy messages. UMP handles privacy-choice records and technical information needed for that service, including approximate location, interactions, and performance information. Choices may be stored on your device and used by Google and applicable advertising partners.

When UMP indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required, the app provides Settings → Privacy Options so you can revisit your choices. Availability of messages depends on your region and the published message configuration. A failed privacy request or an SDK indication that ads may be requested does not itself mean you have agreed to every advertising purpose.

We have published a Google UMP US state privacy message for all current and future US states supported by Google's message service. In applicable regions, open Settings → Privacy Options to view the message. It offers Allow the sale or sharing of my data and Don't sell or share my data. To opt out, select Don't sell or share my data and tap Save and close. You can reopen the form to review or change the saved choice. The SDK records the choice and privacy signals on your device. If a network error prevents the form from opening or saving, please try again when connectivity is available or contact us.

This choice is not a promise that all advertising data collection or third-party processing stops, and it does not erase information already held by Google or other companies. Advertising may continue subject to applicable restrictions. We have not independently verified every advertising partner's handling of these signals. You can contact us about privacy requests using the email below, but sending an email does not automatically change Google's or other advertising partners' processing settings.

The US state privacy message is region-specific; it is not a Canada-wide consent or advertising opt-out mechanism. Users in Canada should not assume that this US message or its choices will be available to them. For privacy requests, including questions about access, correction, or withdrawing consent where applicable, contact us using the email below. For information controlled by Google, consult Google's privacy controls and policy. Contacting us does not automatically change advertising partners' settings or stop their processing.

UMP choices and Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission are separate. The current app does not request ATT authorization. We do not treat agreement to a privacy message as ATT authorization. Device advertising identifiers are subject to Apple's permission rules.

5. Third-party services and disclosures

Google processes advertising and privacy-message information under its applicable policies and terms. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services. Where applicable, the privacy message identifies advertising partners and available choices. We have not added separate third-party analytics, social-login, or crash-reporting SDKs to this app; Google advertising diagnostics are described above.

Apple provides the App Store and iOS services under its own terms. We may need to disclose information we actually hold to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. We do not claim access to a local save or to all data held by Google merely because you use the app.

This policy page does not include our own analytics scripts, advertising tags, or forms. Cloudflare Pages provides the hosting. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and traffic data, to deliver, secure, and operate its services, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

6. Retention, security, and processing locations

Local saves remain until changed or removed, subject to iOS storage, backup, and restore behavior. Google's retention practices are described in Google's data-retention explanation; we do not set a single retention period for all Google-held data. Google may process information outside your country under the safeguards described in its policies.

We use the platform's app storage and security features. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you contact us at weida9995@gmail.com, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send will be processed through Gmail to handle your request and may be reviewed by the developer in Mainland China. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We use support correspondence only to handle customer-support and privacy requests, not for marketing or to build advertising audiences. We regularly review and delete emails, attachments, and copies we keep when they are no longer needed for those purposes, except where records must be retained to meet legal requirements or handle disputes, including preserving relevant evidence.

We do not promise immediate deletion of information or backups controlled by Google or other third parties. Their retention and deletion practices are governed by their own policies and applicable requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

You can stop using the app, manage app data through iOS, and use Privacy Options when available. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already processed by Google. For Google-held information, consult Google's privacy controls and policy.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising, sale, or sharing. Some jurisdictions also provide appeal or complaint rights. Contact us at weida9995@gmail.com to ask about rights that apply to information we handle. We may need proportionate verification, and available rights and exceptions vary by law. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed.

8. Children's privacy

Mixo Solitaire is a general-audience casual card game. It is not specifically directed to children under 13 and is not offered in Apple's Kids Category. The app does not verify users' ages. This audience description does not mean that advertising services collect no information or that every player has been verified as an adult.

If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a child's information, contact weida9995@gmail.com. Do not send the child's sensitive information unnecessarily. We will review the concern and take appropriate steps within our control and applicable obligations. If the app's audience or advertising practices change, we will review the related privacy protections and this policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change and will update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. For questions or requests, contact weida9995@gmail.com.
